AFRICA HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES DEPLOYMENT OF INCENTIVES SYSTEM

Johannesburg, South Africa and Toronto, Ontario January 8th, 2008 – Africa Holdings a conglomerate of travel, foreign exchange and technology solutions is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Phoenix Technology Holdings (“PTH”), the exclusive licensing and operating company for SCTN (Pink Sheets-SCTN), the leading provider of end to end loyalty and incentive solutions, to deploy the African Holdings Incentives System. An initial pilot is planned for January 2009 with transaction volumes projected to exceed 1,000,000 in 2009.

Initially, Africa Holdings will deploy a Voice Blast system to allow for cost effective, targeted communications that can be deployed several minutes after recording a message. The Voice Blast system can be used for applications such as promoting brand awareness, increasing profitability and improving productivity. Africa Holdings and PTH are targeting gift card, loyalty, coupon, discount and other incentives rollouts in 2009.
